Caitlin Jordan

Caitlin discovered yoga in 2011 and was immediately drawn in by the stillness and peace that yoga provided in her otherwise chaotic schedule. She adopted a regular yoga practice as both an exercise and self-care routine and has since fallen in love with the depth and diversity of the yoga tradition. As a graduate student of Psychotherapy, Caitlin has a great appreciation for the connection between the mind, body, and spirit and creates an environment where her students feel safe to quiet and care for the mind, connect spiritually, and strengthen the body.

Caitlin received her yoga teacher certification at the 200 hour level at Cityoga School of Yoga and Health under the instruction of Nikki Meyers, Marsha Papas, and Dave Sims.
