Front Desk Manager

If you love leading a team of great people in the best industry around and are wanting to work 35-40 hours a week (min), are available nights and weekends have we got the position for you! The schedule is great for the motivated climber who wants to head down to the Red or other climbing areas during the week when it is not so busy. No lines! This is a leadership position that requires previous management/supervisory experience, scheduling and hiring experience preferred. This person needs the ability to maintain a calm and welcoming demeaner, lead from the front, with an eye for safety in a climbing environment. We value those who have strong work ethics, seeing what needs to be done and getting it done. Observant, proactive, adaptable, dependable and a willingness to take on new tasks outside your comfort zone are important characteristics of this person. Prefer someone with 3 -5 years of climbing experience. 

Main responsibilities are leading a team in providing the best experience possible for our members and guests, scheduling staff, parties and various groups. This person will ensure that the gym is clean and plays a key role in planning for special events and filling in where needed. Being the go-to for the front desk staff and concerns of members and guests. Equipment inspections, facilities maintenance and some retail duties also fall under this person’s responsibilities.

This position includes a free gym membership and discounts on gear and  PTO after 6 months of employment.
