In short, you’ll get as strong as possible without getting bulky and heavy and the benefits will be apparent in many aspects of your life.

PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. There are no weights, no jumps, just hardcore results. Define muscles, strengthen your core and build lean muscles with a dynamic fitness program that burns calories while increasing flexibility and balance. The class may vary slightly each time, but is always a great workout!

Ready to get that core super strong? Ab Lab is an core intensive class that will get those super important stabilizer muscles in shape. A 30 minute, no-rest class to work your abs from top-to-bottom, inside-out, including oblique, lower, upper and transverse abdominal areas. The workout circuit is designed with no rest, quicker pace to burn calories and dominate your core. The perfect end to your climbing session or perfect warm-up!
