Assistant Manager
If you love leading a team of great people in the best industry around, are wanting to work 35-40 hours a week (min) and are available nights and weekends have we got the position for you. This is a leadership position that requires previous management/supervisory and scheduling/hiring experience. The ability to maintain a calm and welcoming demeaner, lead from the front and with an eye for safety in a climbing environment are qualities we are looking for. We value those who have strong work ethics, seeing what needs to be doing and going after it. Observant, proactive, adaptable and a willingness to take on new tasks you might not be familiar with are important characteristics or this person.
Main responsibilities are leading the front desk team in providing the best experience possible to our members and guests, scheduling staff, parties and various groups and working special events and filling in where needed while maintaining an organized and well supplied front desk. Equipment inspections and some retail duties also fall under this position.

Front Desk/Customer Service
If you love rock climbing and are one of those rare people who enjoy turning others on to our sport and getting them excited, then we have one of the most fun jobs in Indy for you! Minimum 16 -20 hours a week and weekend and evening availability is required. We are looking for 1 or two friendly and outgoing folks who’d be able to commit for at least a year. Summer Camp Assistant Coach
Are you passionate about climbing and inspiring the next generation of climbers? Do you enjoy helping kids learn and reach their full potential? Then we have a spot for you. EPIC Climbing and Fitness is taking application for a person to help assist running summer camps this summer. Must be available for all camp and this is a 35 – 40 hour a week temporary summer position. Potential to be trained for the front desk and continue employment after the Summer for the right person.
Position starts on June 10th with training shifts starting 2 weeks before.
